Free delivery within our standard Kampala service area.
For Kampala outskirts, destinations outside Kampala and addresses we cannot confidently verify, we'll contact you to agree the delivery fee before dispatch.
We check the delivery area and address at checkout. Our team confirms the final drop-off location before arranging a rider.

Inspect before paying
With Pay on Delivery, inspect your bag with the rider before accepting it and paying by cash or Mobile Money to the rider. If you have already paid online, inspect the bag when it arrives and contact us promptly if anything is wrong.
