Ordering and confirmation
You can order as a guest or use an account. Orders placed with pay on delivery require a phone or WhatsApp confirmation of the exact drop-off location before a rider is dispatched.
Product availability
When you place an order, available stock is reserved for that order while its payment or delivery confirmation is pending. Reservations for unpaid orders may be released after payment status is checked. We confirm the bag and, where needed, the requested colour or delivery location before dispatch.
Inspection with the rider
With Pay on Delivery, inspect your bag before accepting it and paying the rider. If you paid online, inspect the bag on arrival and contact us promptly with any concern.
Payment
At checkout you may choose Pay on Delivery or online MTN / Airtel Mobile Money. With Pay on Delivery, pay the rider by cash or Mobile Money when the bag arrives. Any delivery fee that needs a phone quote must be agreed before dispatch, even when bags have been paid for online.

Returns, exchanges and refunds
Before dispatch, you can open your private order page to cancel an unpaid Pay on Delivery order or request a cancellation review. Confirmed or processing orders require staff approval. Once a rider has been dispatched, contact us directly; self-service cancellation is unavailable.
Contact us and return the bag within 7 days of delivery, in the same condition as received. We agree an exchange or monetary refund with you after receiving the bag. Monetary refunds are paid within 48 hours after the bag is returned. If you choose a more expensive replacement, you pay the price difference.

A Mobile Money cancellation request does not reverse a transfer. We verify the payment and arrange any eligible refund manually; no automatic refund API is used. Do not make a second payment while the first is unresolved.
